Editing

These options determine where the cursor goes when tabbing between fields in Edit mode:

  • Insert
    The cursor is at the start of the field, e.g. |text.
  • Append
    The cursor is at the end of the field, e.g. text|.
  • Overwrite
    The whole of the field is highlighted and the cursor is at the end of the field, e.g. Overwite text.

Lookup Lists
  • Auto Fill
    If a field associated with a hierarchy only has one value, this value is automatically copied into the field when an associated value is selected in another field related in the hierarchy.
  • Automatically select entry option
    If a Lookup list has only one entry, the value is automatically copied into the field.
